The purpose of this directory tree is to house the static pages used
in various parts of fedoraproject.org.

Most often, static pages are put on the front page of
http://fedoraproject.org following releases of Fedora.  These help
immensely with system load, etc.  There may be other pages kept
outside of the CMS, and they would belong here as static.
